Huffy Hong Kong Online Ordering & Shipping Policies

Covation Asia Limited is the operator of (https://www.hk.huffy.asia) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1.  Product Availability

Ordering is subject to stock availability. Due to the popularity of some items, frequency of online orders, or stock discrepancies we may not be able to fulfill your order at the time of purchase or in one shipment. If this occurs, we will let you know when we expect the item in inventory. You have the option for us to ship your order when it’s available or process a refund. 

Due to exclusive arrangements with some retailers, not all Huffy products are available for sale on Huffy.com.  

2. Shipping

  1.  We ship to Hong Kong SAR addresses, except outlying islands, restricted areas and construction sites.   We are unable to ship to P.O. box addresses.
  2. For single purchase over HK$800, we provide free delivery cost to regular residential and commercial address. For single purchase below HK$800, delivery fee of HK$80 will be displayed to you at checkout and collected with the purchase. 
  3. Unfortunately, delivery service is unavailable for outlying-islands and restricted area.

3. Processing and Delivery Time

Order created before 12pm from Monday to Friday will be delivered within 3 business upon successful payment of your order and agreement of surcharge (if any).  Order created on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed in next working day.   Our delivery carrier operates during standard business hours Monday - Saturday, except public holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

COVID-19 Alert: 

To protect health for our couriers and our customers, our delivery service will be suspended for the buildings with confirmed cases of COVID-19.   Our customer service will communicate with you on recovery date or other delivery options.

4. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If your order arrives damaged from the carrier, contact Huffy within 72 hours at enquiry@covation.asia
